Nevaeh Hubner is a student that attends Cascade High School and is involved in very different activities. Some things she is involved in are the girl’s golf team, National Honor Society, Student Council, Environmental Club, Cascade Student Activist Club, and Yearbook Club.
She has already finished as a Low Medalist at ICC which is a great accomplishment
for her. She says she does work in the offseason at indoor facilities and golf lessons. Doing this she said she became more consistent with her shots and has made significant improvements since last year. While improving she even set a personal best this year.
Hubner plants on attending college for just mainly education and to just play golf in her free time. She does not know where she wants to attend college yet but will major in Environmental Science. With planning to major in Environmental Science it goes along great with her favorite subject in school being AP Environmental Science.
While being at Cascade her entire life she has said there are a lot of things that are going to be hard for when she has to leave. According to Hubner “I love how Cascade is a small school where you get to know everyone and can become friends with students and teachers”. She is going to miss her friends and her favorite teachers at CHS.
For the rest of her time here at Cascade she plans to just be very involved in activities and school and to start getting accepted into different colleges. For any younger or older students reading this, she wants to give some of you advice for the rest of your days here. She says that getting involved early is significant and doing that there are so many different opportunities you should take advantage of because they are very important!
